Flat-Rate Pay, By Certification Level
$35–$40per flat-rate hour
+$5,000 sign-on bonus
$40–$45per flat-rate hour
+$6,250 sign-on bonus
$47–$50per flat-rate hour
+$7,500 sign-on bonus
